I had a very nice portrait copied and framed by HandmadePiece. Unlike one or two I have had done in the past, the portrait was well executed and even the difficult folds of clothing were made to look lifelike snd not at all flat. The framing was done nicely and goes sympathetically with the painting. Finally, I was kept well informed throughout its production which eas reassuring.

I was really happy with the entire process... the artist is obviously skilled and experienced to be able to paint at such a high level in such a short amount of time. I was pleasantly surprised when I asked for a custom piece and they sent a photo of the painting within a couple weeks that looked even better than what I asked for. Then the painting arrived in a crate. It was really well-packaged and the frame is beautiful. The painting in person is even better than the photo! They painted it in Van Gogh style with thick brushstrokes and very colorful. We hung it in our dining room and I marvel at it every day.

My wife has wanted a copy of Millet's "The Angelus" for a very long time. We came across HandmadePiece and she really liked their copy. They actually have two versions, one with warmer tints and one with cooler colors. She opted for the cooler version. This is our second purchase of artwork through HandmadePiece and we are as pleased as the first time. I saw a painting that I fell in love with that was being sold at an auction. It wasn't available anywhere as a print. So I took a picture of it, gave the dimensions of the size I needed for a particular location and . . . wella! This time we had them mount and stretch the canvas and were glad we did. 3 weeks later the hand made art was hanging on the wall. I couldn't be more pleased. The artist did an excellent job. I am already planning the next piece!

I wanted to capture in oils on canvas a moment in time when my partner and I were photographed in The RITZ London. It was a special day and evening and started to look for an artist that would copy that photograph as a painting. The company Handmade Piece were ready to create my painting and from beginning to end it was a simple journey. I wanted a specific size 24" x 24"- no problem, a copy of the painting was sent to me and I could have made changes, but did not. Delivery was speedy and included in the price.
