The first attempt by one of their artists was a disappointment. I let them know we did not accept the preview and provided examples of what we expected instead. A few weeks later they achieved exactly what we wanted. Their guarantee of satisfaction was real. The packaging of the material for shipment was also a work of art. A train could have run over it and there would have been no damage. I have visited the Van Gough museum in Amsterdam and know this art very well. What we received has the same energy in the painting as does the original. I would definitely shop here again.
