I loved the site and the possibility to have a preview on the framing together with the painting. That worked very well, it helped me choosing the right frame for the painting. Within 4 weeks the paintings were ready and pictures of the result were sent to my email account. Shipping went by DHL, very well protected (since the paintings were framed) in plywood boxes. The delivery across the globe was within one week, perfectly organized.
