Handmadepiece.com surprised my beyond my expectations. I was pretty hesitant to order a handmade painting from an unknown website. So I contacted the website and I got a quick response from Monica. She was perfectly able to answer my questions and she took away my fear of ordering without 'trying to sell'. I had some specific questions about painting technique and the size of the painting. But she explained and answered everything in a timely matter. We agreed on paying 50% in advance and 50% after I reviewed the pictures. After a mere 3 weeks I got the first preview. I wanted to get some detailshots to see if the technique I wanted was used in the painting so Monica quickly provided them. After everything was in order I paid the remaining 50% of the agreed upon price and the painting was send to my adress. I received tracking information within a day and could track the progress of the logistics. After around 4 weeks from the official order I got a beautiful, quality, detailled handmade piece of Vermeer. It was a present for my wife and she was blown away by the quality, the technique and the details also found in the original. Without a doubt that we will order again. Mostly because of the painting but also because we received perfectly good customer service from Monica. 10/10, would order again.
