I am very impressed by Handmade Piece's customer service and their rendition of the copy of a masterpiece that I requested. I communicated with Monica throughout the entire experience and she was always on the top of things. All my e-mails were answered in timely manner; very professional indeed. After the first attempt I gave Monica my feedback and requested that some changes needed to be done in terms of colors and detail. What is not to like about this process? The ordering was simple. The wait was understandable. The previews really kept us involved and made us feel that our input was valued. Then, it arrived when they said it would superbly packaged with its own wooden case. Everyone can tell it isn't exactly the original, but I didn't have to pay Sotheby's its worth. All told, it was a great experience.

I wanted to have a painting in memory of my passed away dog. I cannot express how happy I am with the quality of work, attention to details and responsiveness of the artist. The painting is now hanged in my living room and I will cherish it forever.
