How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?

Give or take 0.02 inch, or 5 mm, for the handmade nature of our items. 

That is, when you order a 20 * 24 inch art, we will keep the art size almost exactly as 20 * 24 inch. 

Often, the differences, if any, are well within 5mm.

For art ordered as unstretched in a tube, we usually keep at least 5cm white edges, so you can easily mount or frame the painting yourself when you receive it.
