Unless otherwise specified, we use eco-friendly artist-level oil paints and heave-duty (400 gsm) linen canvas. For frames, we only use museum-level solid wood frame.
3. Photo Preview Before Shipment
Once an oil painting is finished, we will notify and send you digital unedited photographs of your ordered art, both the entire painting and the closeup which we think is vital. Upon receipt of the digital version, if you are satisfied with the result you just say yes and we will start to send it. In case you find a flaw, you may tell us and we will fix it right away without delay.
On very rare occasions, if you find the result totally unacceptable, you have the right to get a full refund, or ask us to do a new painting. This scenario is very rare, though.

5. Safety - Packaging with Extra Care
Unframed flat artworks will be covered with a clean plastic foil on the surface before being rolled carefully into a cylinder carton especially made for art transportation purpose.
Framed artworks or frames will always be locked in a position in a wooden structure.
